FRELIP’s learning platform — the Moodle site you’re on right now — offers free, open courses that build the skills to use information well. The other tools help you find knowledge; the courses help you use it — evaluating, writing, citing, managing data, and more.

This is where the whole journey lands. Searching, orienting, and staying current all matter — but they’re in service of actually doing something with what you find. The learning platform closes that loop, turning a person who can find information into one who can use it with confidence and integrity.

Three tracks of free courses

FRELIP’s free courses come in three tracks:

How it completes the loop
You found promising sources in discovery search but aren’t sure how to judge or cite them. The courses on Evaluating Information Sources and Citation and Referencing teach exactly those skills — carrying you from finding a source to using it properly. That hand-off, from the other tools to the courses, is the platform working as one.

Free, open, and for everyone

Every course here is free and open — no fees, no barriers — because the skills to use information shouldn’t be a privilege. Wherever you are and whatever your background, the learning platform is built to meet you and help you grow. That’s FRELIP’s mission, made personal.
